In 2016, Capital Developments and Metropia were selected to redevelop the 7.3-acre Toronto District School Board property at Bloor and Dufferin in Toronto.

As part of the redevelopment of ‘Bloor & Dufferin’, Capital and Metropia are committed to engaging with the community throughout the planning process. Savira provided visioning, public space consultancy and creative site activation for the new development with Capital Developments and Metropia. Based on the ongoing community consultation, neighborhood requirements and market research, Savira created vision, design and programming presentations for the mixed-use site, community hub, park and public realm areas.
