Savira provided strategic leadership and integrated capital planning services to facilitate the LoyaltyOne head-office relocation in downtown Toronto from Bay Street to 351 King St East in Toronto. Savira prepared, facilitated and evaluated the RFP selection process for architecture and interior design services, project management, workplace strategy, change management and relocation services. Savira evaluated the preliminary budget and established the integrated project delivery and milestone schedule for the LoyaltyOne project team.
