"Savira's expertise and Integrated Capital Planning Process provided a critical roadmap for the BSO's future that articulated the vision, market research, partnerships and business plan for the

Symphony Hall Public Spaces Project."

- Boston Symphony Orchestra, CFO Tom May

Symphony Hall in Boston is universally recognized as one of the great concert spaces in the world. It is recognized for its superb acoustics - for which is often ranked as one of the three best halls in the world - and its distinguished history of musical performances.

In 2015, the BSO embarked on a strategic initiative to improve the public spaces and engaged Savira to provide strategic leadership and integrated capital project planning for the Symphony Hall Public Spaces Project. Working closely with the Board of Trustees and senior management, Savira delivered a dynamic new vision and comprehensive programming plan for historic public spaces and new event facilities, and conducted in-depth research which included the following; needs assessment, feasibility study, market research & analysis, rental partnership development, public space program, economic model and business plan for the historic concert hall and master block plan.
